Daily responsibilities:

Work with a full stack development team including Frontend, Backend, Firmware, Design and Data to build scalable, reliable technology solutions that bring value to customers.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility in an iterative fashion.
Support Data Self-Service within Company through both FE & BE tracking with tools such as Heap and Databricks
Create and maintain documentation such as user stories, feature requirements, and technical design documents.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and communicate dependencies.
Monitor and troubleshoot connectivity issues, working with engineers to implement solutions.
Engage with business stakeholders to understand their needs and gather feedback on product features and priorities.

Qualifications:

7+ years of IT Product Management experience with strong communication skills, able to translate between business and technical requirements.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Deep knowledge of networking and internet traffic routing in the context of direct-to-consumer mobile applications
Experience writing technical documentation that is thorough, yet consumable by those with and without technical knowledge
Experience working across multiple teams and managing a complex network of stakeholders
Fluency in English
Strong ability to prioritize
Previous experience working with application and website platform categorization technology is preferred.

We are looking for a skilled professional who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment with broad responsibilities,including:

Main Responsibilities

Organize and participate in the maintenance of Service Platforms.
Profound analysis and monitoring of Service Platforms performance.
Configuration of the infrastructure for efficient and stable operation of the platform.
Designing, developing, and implementing new systems, additional services, and support tools for existing systems.
Participate in the testing and evaluation of new Service Solution samples.
Development and improvement of tools for monitoring Service Platforms to provide quality Services.
Development of automation tools to improve the efficiency of working with Service Platforms. Drive efficiencies in cloud and on-prem footprints through a data-driven approach to design decisions.
Be a first responder to platform alerts, monitor our products for issues, prioritize, triage them, and assess client impact.
Detect issues, identify them (affected systems, locations, responsible teams) and respond in a timely manner by utilizing internal procedures.
Document incidents, perform root cause analysis and inform responsible Leads.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quick resolution in accordance with SLA.
Investigate and resolve traffic-related issues, such as message delivery failures, network congestion, system errors, etc.
Identification and resolution of potential issues with our platforms and services.
Collaborate with service providers on maintenance, planning and support of existing platforms.

Expertise & knowledge

Level of English Intermediate
Engineering or support background and passion for a role with 3 years of prior experience in the same or similar jobs
Experienced with tools for monitoring systems (Grafana, Prometheus, Zabbix)
Advanced skills in working with databases (Oracle [preferred], MSSQL, PostgreSQL, Redis)
Working with Firewall commands (Iptables, Cisco ASA, strongSwan)
Understanding of the principles of GSM network construction Technical knowledge in the field of SMS messaging:
Understanding of SMPP and SS7 protocols, as well as their key technical aspects
Strong understanding of networking concepts and internet application fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, SSL, load balancing, etc)
An understanding of computer science fundamentals and practical experience developing distributed systems.
Programming language (Python/Java/GO/Ruby)
Experienced in working with Linux
Proven ability to work across teams to address complex engineering challenges.
